Service Reschedule Policy

All services provided at Enhance are time intensive. When booking your appointment, a reserved amount of time is set specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, It is required that you notify Enhance at least 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment time so that we may be able to offer this time to another client. You will not be able to cancel or reschedule within less than 24 hours notice, and will be charged the service amount to the card on file.


50% of service cost due upon booking. Remaining balance due on the day of service. 24 hours notice required for services valued less than $200 (two hundred dollars). 72 hours notice required for all other services.


Late/Tardy Policy

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier than your appointment time to fill out forms and bathroom use prior to your appointment time. In the event that a client is more than 15 minutes late, the treatment/procedure will be canceled and the full service or voucher fee will be applied.



Client Being Serviced

Due to shop regulation and policy coverage, children will not be allowed in the service area unless being serviced. An adult (and/or young adult) family/friend may accompany you but they are not permitted in the service area during your treatment service.
